RETURNS

1. When purchasing products online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. After withdrawing from the contract, the goods must be returned without delay, no later than within 14 days.
   
3. Please include the order number with the return shipment (this will speed up the return process).
   
4. Returned items should not show signs of use and should have their original tags attached.
5. Items should be sent to our warehouse:

6. The costs of returning the item to the warehouse are borne by the Buyer.
7. As soon as our warehouse registers your return, we will immediately refund the funds (no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order), according to the payment method.
8. Please keep your parcel tracking number.
